"When I first started bootcamp in May 2010, I weighted 255lbs and now I'm currently at 156lbs. The biggest challenge at first was getting up at 530am M-W-F, but now I eagerly anticipate and appreciate those three days of high impact cardio and muscle strength/conditioning with Coach Elijah. "BodyTime boot camp is “The Truth.” I started BodyTime boot camp in January 2012; it was my first boot camp experience. I must admit that I was a little skeptical about trying it out. I was not sure if it would be worth the sacrifice of waking up early in the morning for a workout. I’m no stranger to the gym I’ve done fitness classes such as Zumba, cycling, and kickboxing, but nothing compares to BodyTime boot camp!
Elijah offers each person the attention and motivation that is received from individualized personal trainers. What I like most about the boot camp is the camaraderie from your fellow peers. Everyone push and motivate each other to work harder and contribute to the team effort. Elijah’s workouts never get boring after each session he keeps you wondering what tricks he will pull out of the bag next time. Your body never gets used to the workouts the variation along with the high intensity ensures that your body is always shocked into improving. With the help of BodyTime I have reduced my Body Fat, Loss 3-10 lbs in one month, noticed a significant decrease in my midsection by 1-3”, an increase in my endurance, decreased cravings for junk food but most importantly I gained self-confidence.
